TOWN OF PALM BEACH Advertisement for Request for Proposals RFP No. 2009-12 – Tennis Professional Proposals for Contractual Head Professional for the Tennis Program at the Town of Palm Beach will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 951 Old Okeechobee Road, Suite D, West Palm Beach, Florida 33401, until March 4, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. Time is of the essence and any proposal received after 2:00 p.m. on March 4, 2009, whether by mail or otherwise, will be returned unopened. Proposers are responsible for insuring that their proposal is stamped by Purchasing Office personnel by the deadline indicated. An original and six (6) copies of the proposal shall be submitted in sealed envelopes/packages addressed to Lynda S. Venne, Purchasing Agent, Town of Palm Beach, Florida, and marked “RFP NO 2009-12 – TENNIS PROFESSIONAL.
