Head Professional - Red Bug Lake Park
Seminole County Leisure Services Department is seeking a dynamic tennis professional with proven leadership skills and organizational abilities to enhance a large county tennis program inclusive of staff, programming, tournaments and events. The successful Head Pro candidate will have USPTA-P1 certification and current Head Professional experience working in a municipal or recreational setting. Progressive teaching and playing credentials along with demonstrated abilities in grass root player recruitment and retention is required. Tournament organizational skills, familiarization with USTA – TDM software is desirable. Candidates must be qualified to work in the United States and be able to communicate effectively in English. COMPENSATION: The Head Tennis Professional position is considered an independent contractor with a monthly stipend, lesson privileges and additional compensation as contracted.
